Want to create a better workplace for everyone?

We partner with agencies and organisations within the advertising industry to provide confidential listening support, powered by lived experiences, for their employees to increase happiness and productivity and reduce burnout.

We also provide workshops which equip employees with practical skills in resilience, empathetic listening skills and managing themselves in stressful situations.

They raise awareness, deepen understanding, and foster essential skills, all while providing valuable support within organisations.

The sessions enable employees to deal with day-to-day challenges better and will help make your business happier and more productive.

Our Workshops

All our facilitators have worked in the Advertising industry, are part of our Advisory Board, and bring their personal journeys to the heart of every session. With deep empathy and understanding, they embody the ImNotOK ethos - guiding with kindness, care, and a genuine desire to support.

Building Resilience Through Neuroscience

Our workshops combine insight with practical tools to help people better understand and manage stress, build resilience and thrive at work and in everyday life. From exploring the science behind stress, triggers and relationships to learning simple techniques for regulating overwhelm, participants leave with a deeper understanding of themselves and practical strategies they can use in real time to return to focus, creativity and connection.

Holding Space for

Neurodivergent Talent

Our neurodiversity workshops help leaders better understand the hidden effort that can come with masking and navigating systems that aren’t always designed with neurodivergent people in mind. Through stories, reflection and practical guidance, participants explore the impact on confidence, creativity and burnout, while learning how to create psychological safety, respond to challenges with greater flexibility and build supportive environments where neurodivergent colleagues can thrive.

Helping New and Returning Parents Thrive

Explore the hidden challenges new and returning parents can face, and the importance of connection in supporting wellbeing, confidence and retention. Participants gain practical strategies for navigating parenting alongside work, while managers learn how to spot signs that someone may be struggling, provide meaningful support and create a culture where parents feel understood and able to thrive.

Strong Pitches, Supported People

Our workshop helps pitch teams and rising talent navigate the emotional demands of modern pitching. Looking beyond presentation skills, participants explore how to manage stress, energy and performance throughout the pitch journey, with practical tools to recognise pressure, respond effectively and build the confidence and resilience to perform at their best.

Our Successes To-Date

In a three month pilot with Mindshare UK, a total of eight individuals engaged with the programme. Every Guest paired with a Companion experienced an immediate positive impact, as measured by ImNotOK’s bespoke OK Scale, which tracks six statements, including “I feel OK” and “I feel productive at work”. OK Scale scores either improved or remained stable across all six questions, with a 47% increase in overall wellbeing.

Guests reported managing work stress better, feeling more positive, even getting promoted, and many described this as their first ever step towards addressing their mental health worries. ImNotOK Companionships have proven to be an effective first line of defence in addressing workplace concerns, helping employees manage stress, build self confidence and tackle personal development challenges, while providing a crucial layer of support before professional intervention may be required.

Jem Lloyd-Williams, CEO Mindshare UK, said of the Pilot Programme...

“We know offering a range of options for anyone to access help when they’re not okay is important. Partnering with ImNotOK (for a 3-month pilot for their Companionship programme), we’ve had a positive response from those who benefitted directly from the programme, and from the wider team. The positive impact is illustrated in the impact report with some compelling testimonials. This is now proven as an accessible and effective way to support employee wellbeing, complementing our existing MHA/MHFA, EAP and NABS programmes.”

Company Benefit

Dealing with employees struggling with mental health can be overwhelming for managers and HR teams, who often don’t have first-hand experience of these issues themselves. At ImNotOK, we can relieve some of those pressures.

Reduced pressures on managers and HR.

ImNotOK can help reduce the hidden costs of people who are “Not OK” (eg. absenteeism, churn, reduced productivity) by providing support outside of the workplace, in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.

A better workplace for everyone.
